The Love Organization equips communities, supports missionaries, and delivers humanitarian aid — rooted in the Gospel, driven by compassion.
We believe the Gospel calls us beyond Sunday services into every neighborhood, every nation, every need. TLO is the organizational arm of that conviction.
Every program, every dollar, every decision flows from Scripture and the Great Commission. We do not separate spiritual and practical care.
Full governance structure, conflict-of-interest policy, independent board oversight, and annual 990-N filings. Your trust matters to us.
Based in Chelsea, MA — one of the most diverse cities in America — we serve locally while thinking globally. Your neighbors are our neighbors.
100% of net donations go directly to programs. No overhead gimmicks — just faithful stewardship of what you entrust to us.
The Love Organization was founded by a team of believers who recognized that Christian compassion must be organized, accountable, and enduring — not just enthusiastic.
Based in Chelsea, MA, I've watched this community carry burdens that institutions often overlook. The Love Organization exists because faith without works is dead — and we intend to work.
Our board includes a nurse who leads 50 clinicians, a global brand executive based in Zürich, a director who manages HR operations across four continents, and a commercial negotiations director who structures complex deals for the world's leading companies. That breadth is not accidental — it's the infrastructure of love. Every neighbor deserves our very best.
"To express the love of Christ through consulting, missionary support, humanitarian aid, and community improvement — for the glory of God and the good of all people."
Our board spans three countries and four disciplines — clinical medicine, global brand strategy, enterprise finance, and HR leadership — united by a single calling: to love their neighbors as themselves.
James is a global finance and commercial strategy executive with nearly two decades of experience spanning enterprise technology, complex deal negotiations, and management consulting. He currently serves as Americas Director for Commercial Contract Negotiations at Bain & Company, one of the world's premier management consulting firms, where he leads high-stakes contract negotiations and commercial strategy across the Americas. Previously at IBM / Kyndryl, he specialized in complex deal negotiations, commercial pricing architecture, and price modeling for large-scale enterprise contracts — driving profitability across multi-million dollar technology engagements. James holds an MBA from Boston University.
Born out of his Christian faith and deep conviction that love must be active, James founded The Love Organization to bridge world-class commercial expertise with Gospel-driven compassion — bringing the same rigor he applies to global deal tables to the work of serving neighbors in need.
Joshua is a Registered Nurse with 12 years of clinical experience, specializing in perioperative care across neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery, and plastic surgery at Duke Regional Hospital. As a Service Line Coordinator and Assistant Manager, he leads a nursing staff of over 50 professionals, collaborating daily with physicians, surgical technologists, and medical device representatives to plan and execute complex surgical cases. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Aspen University.
A devoted husband and father of four, Joshua brings to TLO a servant leader's heart — shaped by years of caring for patients at their most vulnerable and managing high-stakes teams with calm authority. His clinical expertise directly informs TLO's humanitarian aid programming, where healthcare access and compassionate service meet.
Hubert is a senior executive and board-level leader in the FMCG industry with over 18 years of international experience in brand strategy, P&L management, and portfolio development across global markets. Currently serving as Head of Business Unit Plant-Based on the Executive Board of Elsa Group (a Migros Industrie company) in Zürich, he has previously held the roles of Marketing Director and Head of Brands Coffee at Café Royal (Delica AG), where he led multi-million euro marketing budgets, managed celebrity endorsement partnerships, and drove the brand's sustainability strategy across Switzerland and international markets.
Educated at the University of Bonn (M.A., Political Science) and the University of Leeds (B.A., International Relations), and certified in Product Management at the University of St. Gallen, Hubert brings a uniquely global, analytically rigorous perspective to TLO's financial stewardship and international fund management. He provides direct European operational presence for TLO's missionary and humanitarian work.
Imran is a Director of Global HR Shared Services at Parexel International, a leading clinical research organization, where he leads a global team of 56 HR professionals across four continents and four regional shared services centers. An expert in Workday HCM, process optimization, and organizational compliance, he has spent over 15 years building and scaling talent operations for Fortune 500 companies and global enterprises — including RPO delivery at Randstad and technical recruiting for Oracle ERP and data science roles.
A committed Christian, Imran has served as a volunteer administrator with North Point Ministries, including organizing Operation Christmas Child gift shipments to children worldwide through Samaritan's Purse — a ministry that reflects TLO's own heart for practical, Gospel-driven generosity. He holds a BBA in Marketing from Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
As TLO's Clerk and registered agent in Massachusetts, Imran ensures corporate records, state compliance filings, and governance documentation are maintained with the same rigor and precision he brings to leading global HR operations.
Each program is designed to meet people at their point of need — with Gospel hope and practical help.
Strategic capacity-building for organizations doing Kingdom work
Backing field workers with resources, prayer, and logistical care
